Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Shawfair seeks a Family Activity Supervisor to lead the children’s activities with energy and structure. You will run the Core Club Programme, Holiday Active programmes and children’s parties, ensuring high participation and safe, engaging experiences for all kids.

The role requires a qualification in teaching/childcare or sports coaching, strong customer service, and the ability to work with a team to foster an inclusive club environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a qualification in teaching, childcare or sports coaching.
• Ability to lead and manage a group of children with energy and confidence.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Commitment to children's safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the club’s children’s activities including Core Club Programme, holidays and parties.
• Ensure all activities meet Children's Safety Guide requirements at all times.
• Drive high participation with enthusiastic, structured sessions.
• Collaborate with team to create an inclusive, thriving club culture.
