We are seeking a Faculty Planning Officer for the Business and Law Faculty. This role involves providing data analysis and planning support for strategic processes and priorities at the University. Previous university experience is not required. You will be responsible for in-depth analysis and reporting for colleagues, utilizing analytical skills and a professional approach to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will typically include writing and analyzing management information, data, and reports to identify trends and support decision-making. You will also contribute to developing and continuously improving management information systems and processes.

Supporting planning-related operations is also key, ensuring space and resource planning align with strategic priorities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience with data management systems and high proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including creating complex, multi-layered spreadsheets
• Ability to manage competing demands and expectations professionally
