Job Opportunity: Planning Service Post

The Council is seeking to fill vacant positions within the Planning Service at Britannia House, Bradford. Successful candidates will be responsible for processing planning applications and appeals, providing guidance to applicants, agents, the public, and Council members on planning matters. The role supports the regeneration of Bradford, promotes sustainability, and aims to deliver excellent customer service while achieving corporate and service targets.

Position Details

1. Salary: Band 5 to PO1: £23,114 to £38,223 per annum (pro-rata for part-time posts)
2. Hours: 5 x 37 hours per week
3. Type: Permanent
4. Location: Britannia House, Bradford
