This key role is responsible for driving the technical agenda within the operations, ensuring compliance with quality, legal, food safety, brand integrity, and cultural standards. You will join a dynamic team committed to delivering superior products.

You will oversee the site Quality Assurance Department and collaborate closely with site operations teams to maintain quality, legality, food safety, and brand integrity. Additionally, you will support the Senior Technical Manager as a core deputy.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + £6,168 car allowance + outstanding benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Compliance: Guide, implement, and maintain HACCP and QA practices.
• QA Systems Management: Ensure alignment with industry best practices, customer requirements, and BRC standards.
• Product & Process: Oversee all aspects of quality assurance from raw materials to finished goods, and drive continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

You are knowledgeable across food processing, manufacturing, labeling, and legislation. You have a strong understanding of BRC accreditation, FMCG, and Quality Systems. You leverage your IT and technical skills—such as spreadsheets, data analysis, SAP—and quickly adapt to new software. You are a qualified professional with a proven track record in similar roles.
