Job summary

Dunbia Group in the UK is seeking a Commercial Administrator to join the production planning team. You will create plans for factory production, balancing customer requirements, profitability and operational capability.

You will gain knowledge of the full production process from primal butchery specs through to packaging and transport, reporting to the Commercial Department, and working in a food factory environment.

Responsibilities

• Producing the sites daily production plan
• Planning and forecasting to hit daily, weekly and monthly production targets
• Managing and controlling stock
• Communicating with commercial, operations, planning, transport and technical at site level, the wider group and externally
• General office administration – order entry, stock releases etc
• Further responsibilities and tasks will be available as you progress.
