Adecco are recruiting for a Factory Operative in Horndean to join a busy manufacturing team. This temp-to-perm role offers an immediate start and a stable progression path for reliable, hands-on workers.

You'll operate machinery and use hand and power tools, manufacture and pack products, and follow health and safety procedures. Local transport links and a direct bus route support easy commuting.

Qualifications

• Factory, production, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience using machinery and/or power tools.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable, hands-on, and keen to learn.
• Local to Horndean or able to travel easily (direct bus route available).
