Elix Sourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a Production Operative for its state‑of‑the‑art Bordon site in Hampshire. The role involves operating machinery, material preparation, QA checks, and stock replenishment within a busy production environment.

You will receive full training and join a team known for staff retention. The working pattern is Monday to Friday, days, with a early finish on Fridays, and there is overtime potential.

Production Operative £28,000 - £32,000 Overtime Early Friday Finish Training Benefits Monday - Thursday, 07:30 - 17:30. Friday, 07:30 - 12:30 Bordon, Hampshire - Commutable from Alton, Liphook, Farnham & Haslemere Do you have experience within a manufacturing, process or production environment? Are you looking for an exciting new role within a global manufacturing group? Do you want to join a company who are known for their staff retention and development offering a Monday - Friday, days based pattern? Due to continued growth, my client is looking for production operatives to join the team at their state of the art facility in Bordon. The successful applicant will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the production site including; operating machinery, material preparation and transportation, quality checks, basic maintenance and stock replenishment. You will have full training to enable you to understand company processes, products and standards and will become a skilled member of a busy and expanding team. The company are a very successful manufacturer who are at the fore front of their sector and are continuing to expand in every department. You will be joining a growing, loyal and experienced engineering and manufacturing team who have successfully supplied into the automotive, defence and medical sectors for many years.
