Job summary

Adecco are recruiting for a Factory Operative in Horndean to join a busy manufacturing team. This temp-to-perm role offers an immediate start and a stable progression path for reliable, hands-on workers.

You'll operate machinery and use hand and power tools, manufacture and pack products, and follow health and safety procedures. Local transport links and a direct bus route support easy commuting.

Factory Operative

Horndean | £13.50 per hour | Mon-Thu 7:30am-4:00pm, Fri 7:30am-1:30pm | Temp to Perm

Adecco are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Factory Operative to join their busy manufacturing team in Horndean.

We're looking for someone with a production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or machine operating background. Experience using power tools or machinery is essential, and full training will be provided.

• Manufacturing high-quality products
• Operating machinery and using hand and power tools
• Packing and labelling finished products accurately
• Picking and packing orders
