Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join our client's team, working with the manufacture and assembly of woodburning stoves. The role offers full training and ongoing development within a manufacturing environment.

Starting pay is £12.71 per hour, with hours from 07:30 to 17:00 Monday–Thursday and 08:00–15:00 on Friday. The position requires a practical, hands-on approach, good attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a

Qualifications

• Hands-on approach to work with a practical mindset.

Responsabilités

• Spraying stoves and components for final assembly.
• Sanding welded stoves and parts before shot-blasting.
• Carrying out quality checks on stoves before shot-blasting.
• Operating shot-blasting equipment to prepare stoves for spraying.
• Cleaning, preparing and assembling castings and stove components.
• Assembling woodburning stoves at a dedicated workbench.
• Using hand and battery-powered tools to complete tasks.
• Supporting colleagues and assisting with general factory duties.

Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Factory Operativeto join our client's team, working with the manufacture and assembly of woodburning stoves.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands‑on work and is looking to develop their skills within a manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided.

Working Hours

• Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 17:00

• Friday: 08:00 – 15:00

The Role

The position will involve a variety of factory duties, including:

• Spraying stoves and associated components in preparation for final assembly.

• Sanding welded stoves and parts ready for the shot‑blasting process.

• Carrying out quality control checks on stoves before shot‑blasting.

• Operating shot‑blasting equipment to prepare stoves for spraying.

• Cleaning, preparing and assembling castings and associated stove components.

• Assembling woodburning stoves at a dedicated workbench.

• Using hand tools and battery‑operated tools to complete assembly tasks.

• Supporting colleagues and assisting with general factory duties as required.
