Job summary

Interaction Recruitment client in Royston is seeking a reliable Factory Operative to join the production team on a full-time, temporary-to-permanent basis. The role offers £13-£14 per hour and standard hours 07:30-17:00.

You will carry out production duties, operate machinery safely, assemble and pack, perform quality checks and help meet daily targets.

About the Role

Our client, a well-established company based in Royston, is currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Factory Operative to join their production team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience who is looking for a long-term role. The position will initially be temporary, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
