Interaction Recruitment is seeking Factory Operatives for a Royston site on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The role pays £13.00–£14.00 per hour, with hours Monday to Friday, 07:30–17:00, and full training provided to help you grow within the business.

Applicants must have their own reliable transport due to the site’s remote location, as there are no suitable public transport links. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with progression potential.

Qualifications

• Previous factory, manufacturing, warehouse or production experience is desirable.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Must have reliable transport due to the remote location.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general factory and production duties.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely following training.
• Assemble, pack and prepare products for dispatch.
• Complete quality checks.
• Follow production instructions and meet daily targets.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Support the wider production team as required.
