Job summary

Bidfresh in the United Kingdom is seeking a Factory Operative to join our production team in a fast-paced chilled environment. You will prepare, pack and dispatch fresh products, helping to meet quality and food safety standards with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Previous factory, production, warehouse or food manufacturing experience is beneficial.
• Experience in a chilled or fresh food environment is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, processing and packing fresh food products
• Working accurately to meet quality, food safety and production standards
• Checking products to ensure they meet customer specifications
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Following company procedures and food safety requirements at all times
• Supporting colleagues to ensure production targets are achieved
• Working efficiently in a chilled food production environment
• Helping make sure customer orders are completed accurately and on time
