Job summary

Bidfresh is hiring a Factory Operative to join our production team in a fast-paced chilled environment. You will prepare, process and pack fresh food products and ensure they meet quality and food safety standards. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork and timely order completion.

Qualifications

• Previous factory, production, warehouse or food manufacturing experience is beneficial.
• Experience working in a chilled or fresh food environment is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, processing and packing fresh food products.
• Working accurately to meet quality, food safety and production standards.
• Checking products to ensure they meet customer specifications.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Following company procedures and food safety requirements at all times.
• Supporting colleagues to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Working efficiently in a chilled food production environment.
• Helping make sure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
