Pure Staff Ltd is currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to work for our client located just outside of Hartlebury, near Kidderminster and Droitwich. This role offers a great opportunity to join a company that has experienced significant growth recently. Our client has been a leading expert in their field for over 35 years.

You will join an experienced team that will provide training and help develop your skills in the manufacturing and production sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Loading powdered products into hoppers for mixing.
2. Weighing products to ensure correct blending.
3. Labelling bags of mixed products.
4. Sealing bags of product for palletising.
5. Performing quality checks on items.
6. Handling heavy lifting up to 25kg during shifts.

Working Hours:

PM SHIFT, MONDAY-FRIDAY

12:45 – 20:45

Pay and Benefits:

• £14.36 per hour
• Overtime at £18.75 per hour
• Weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday) paid at £18.75 per hour
• Immediate start available
• Free on-site parking
• 28 days annual leave (pro-rata)
