Job summary

Campbell Brothers, part of Bidfood, is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team. You will focus on packing fresh products to the highest standard, balancing speed and accuracy with care and attention to detail.

You’ll work in a busy warehouse environment, helping ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered to customers on time. We value team players with good English communication, strong organisation and a proactive approach to learning.

Qualifications

• Prefer previous warehouse or factory experience in a fresh product environment.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organisation, accuracy and customer service focus.

Skills and experience

This is where your skills and experience really make a difference. Ideally, you’ll have previous warehouse or factory experience in a fresh product and chilled environment. You’re an enthusiastic and adaptable team player, who prides yourself on maintaining high standards of organisation, accuracy and customer service. You have well developed written and verbal English language communication skills and excellent time management. You have a strong drive to succeed and a willingness to learn, and you know that putting care into your work is vital to build trust and deliver excellence to our customers.
