Bidfresh is seeking a Factory Operative to join our night shift team from 8pm to 4am, delivering high standards of quality and service in a fresh product and chilled environment. The shift is a night time position which runs from 8pm to 4am. due to this factor transport to and from work is preferable but is not dependent on a positive application.

Skills and experience

This is where your skills and experience really make a difference. Ideally, you’ll have previous factory experience in a fresh product and chilled environment. You’re an enthusiastic and adaptable team player, who prides yourself on maintaining high standards of organisation, accuracy and customer service. You have well developed written and verbal English language communication skills and excellent time management. You have a strong drive to succeed and a willingness to learn, and you know that putting care into your work is vital to build trust and deliver excellence to our customers.
