Job summary

Proman is seeking a Factory Operations & QA Manager to lead the Newcastle manufacturing facility. You will direct day-to-day factory operations, production planning, quality assurance and workforce development, ensuring products are manufactured to specification and delivered on time.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will maintain ISO 9001 quality management processes, drive continuous improvement, optimise productivity and safety, and oversee maintenance, dispatch and data reporting to

Qualifications

• Experience leading factory operations in fenestration or aluminium glazing.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication processes.
• Proven ability to manage production teams and meet targets.
• Experience implementing ISO 9001 quality management procedures.
• Strong planning, organisational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
