ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking a Factory Leader in Lisburn to coordinate operations across manufacturing, supply chain and installation, driving performance and excellence. You will shape strategy and deliver outstanding outcomes for customers and the organisation.

This is a highly influential leadership role combining strategic direction with hands-on execution, promoting continuous improvement and building high-performing teams aligned to quality, safety and business goals.

Job description

As our Factory Manageryou will coordinate the operational function across manufacturing, supply chain and installation activities, driving performance, efficiency and operational excellence across the business. As a key member of the local leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, optimising processes and delivering outstanding outcomes for both customers and the organisation.

This is a highly influential leadership position that combines strategic direction with hands‑on execution. You will promote continuous improvement, build high‑performing teams and ensure operational activities are aligned to business goals, quality standards and customer expectations.

You would also:

• Develop and deliver the operational strategy to enhance productivity, operational performance and customer service.
• Drive operational excellence through effective capacity planning, on‑time delivery performance and production efficiency improvements.
• Promote lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, embedding best practice across all operational areas.
• coordinate , develop and inspire high‑performing teams while ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, health and safety.
