Job summary

D R Newitt & Associates is seeking a proactive leader for a central Scotland food manufacturing site. The role offers aChance to influence how the operation is run, push continuous improvement, and set the pace for a high-performing team.

You will drive Lean and CI initiatives, champion safety, and work towards a future General Manager position, with autonomy to challenge existing ways of working and deliver lasting impact.

Qualifications

• Lean and continuous improvement mindset with a track record of performance improvement.
• IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH qualification preferred.
• HACCP certification is advantageous.
• Resilient, decisive leader able to challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean/CI initiatives across the site to improve performance, people and processes.

My client is an established food manufacturing business in Central Scotland that is entering an exciting phase of growth and operational transformation. Safety is at the heart of the business, so you'll be someone who leads by example and creates a culture where high standards are simply the norm. You'll ideally hold IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH qualifications, with HACCP certification being an advantage.
