Wren Kitchens Limited in Barton-upon-Humber is hiring an experienced Catering Assistant for our state‑of‑the‑art factory. This full‑time role runs Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:30, with a salary of £28,332 per year.

Driving licence is essential to fulfil duties on site. You will replenish vending machines, maintain stock levels with suppliers, assist with basic food preparation and serving in the canteen, keep the workstation tidy, and participate in the weekly cleaning rota.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering is essential.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to cover other staff due to holidays, sickness, etc.
• Interest and knowledge of food.
• Driving licence is essential.

Responsabilités

• Dealing with the replenishment of vending machines.
• Ensuring stock levels are maintained for the vending machines by liaising with suppliers and regularly checking stock levels.
• Basic preparation , serving and handling of food in the canteen when required
• Keeping the workstation tidy, includes clearing down at the end of the shift, washing up and good observation of cleanliness
• Being part of the cleaning rota on a weekly basis
