ABB is seeking a Finance Leader at the Coleshill, UK manufacturing site to drive financial performance and strategic planning. You will lead a small team and partner with the Factory Manager to implement a global model aligned with ABB's broader strategy.

The role demands 3+ years in financial leadership within manufacturing, strong SAP/ERP experience, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality financial reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Financial Leadership role, in manufacturing/operations.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of guiding teams.
• Excellent communication and business partnering capabilities.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP and ERP system changes/implementation.

You will lead a small team and work closely with the Leadership Team in ABB's Coleshill, UK manufacturing site, helping to ensure that both individual and business objectives are delivered and deliver high class Financial Data to the team to support key decision making.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Contributing to the definition of the finance strategy for your respective factory/manufacturing site.
• Serving as the key partner to the Factory Manager in determining strategy for your own area of responsibility and developing a global business model, aligning with wider strategy, implementing them, and adjusting, as needed.
• Translating the finance strategy into business plans and establishing measurable targets and overseeing the business planning and forecasting process for your area of responsibility.
• Ensuring robust Business Controls are in place, regularly reviewed and tested and in line with group
  policies/procedures.

Qualifications for the Role

• You are highly skilled in delivering high class Financial Analysis, converting complex data into meaningful metrics.
• You enjoy working in the manufacturing industry.
• You have 3+ years of experience in a Financial Leadership role, in manufacturing/operations and have excellent leadership skills.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP, and preferably have experience of, and played a key role in ERP system changes/implementation.
• You are passionate about Manufacturing, and delivering best in class financial reporting to the Factory Leadership Teams and other Senior Management
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Preferably hold a recognized Financial Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or be able to demonstrate extensive experience in profession
