ABB Ltd in Coleshill, UK is seeking a Finance Leader to drive financial processes and performance for the factory/site. You will lead a small team, partner with the Factory Manager, and translate strategy into actionable plans and controls.

You will bring 3+ years in financial leadership within manufacturing, strong SAP skills, and a recognized financial qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). The role is onsite with a competitive package and pension benefits.

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

• Contributing to the definition of the finance strategy for your respective factory/manufacturing site.
• Serving as the key partner to the Factory Manager in determining strategy for your own area of responsibility and developing a global business model, aligning with wider strategy, implementing them, and adjusting, as needed.
• Translating the finance strategy into business plans and establishing measurable targets and overseeing the business planning and forecasting process for your area of responsibility.
• Ensuring robust Business Controls are in place, regularly reviewed and tested and in line with group policies/procedures.

Qualifications for the Role

• You are highly skilled in delivering high class Financial Analysis, converting complex data into meaningful metrics.
• You enjoy working in the manufacturing industry.
• You have 3+ years of experience in a Financial Leadership role, in manufacturing/operations and have excellent leadership skills.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP, and preferably have experience of, and played a key role in ERP system changes/implementation.
• You are passionate about Manufacturing, and delivering best in class financial reporting to the Factory Leadership Teams and other Senior Management.
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Preferably hold a recognized Financial Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or be able to demonstrate extensive experience in profession
