Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a cleaning operative to maintain high hygiene standards across factory, production, office and communal areas. You will complete scheduled general and deep cleaning tasks, and dispose of waste in line with COSHH procedures.

You must safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals, follow health and safety rules, and report hazards promptly. The role suits someone who can work independently or as part of the wider site team in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning, factory, industrial or similar role.
• Good understanding of workplace hygiene and safety.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and instructions.
• Reliable with a good attention to detail.
• Comfortable working within a busy manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• IPAF qualification or previous experience working at height
