Highland Residential seeks a proactive Factoring Officer to deliver professional factoring and communal areas services across the Highlands. You will work with owners and residents’ committees, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies.

Contract Terms: 35 hours per week (full time), permanent
Salary: £36,690 - £40,109 per annum, Grade F4 - F1 + car allowanceof £1,444 per annum. Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.
Location: Invergordon with hybrid working (a mix of office and remote working, along with site visits across the Highlands).
