Sotera Health in Bradford is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee daily maintenance across plant facilities, lead Maintenance Supervisor and Technicians, and ensure all work aligns with quality system requirements and EH&S programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least five years in maintenance with two in supervision, strong communication, and proficiency with CMMS and MS Office. Occasional travel 2–4x yearly is required. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years maintenance experience with two in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
• Strong communications skills (listening, written, verbal, presentation).
• Experience with CMMS and MS Office applications.
• Ability to read and understand engineering schematics.

Responsabilités

• Oversee general and preventive maintenance across facilities.
• Maintain PM records and ensure EAM system is up to date.
• Lead Maintenance Supervisors/Technicians and contractors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality system requirements and EH&S programs.
• Coordinate facility improvements with Corporate Engineering.
