Job summary

Marex is seeking a Workplace Manager to coordinate facilities and Real Estate operations across the United Kingdom and selected European sites. You will oversee soft services, reception, vendor management, budgeting support and safety compliance to ensure robust, modern office environments.

In this role you will liaise with procurement and finance, lead site projects, and ensure a collaborative, compliant workplace culture across Marex locations in the UK and beyond.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years minimum facilities or similar administration experience in a corporate environment (REW/Finance or related)
• Self-motivated with knowledge of office operations
• Attention to detail and ability to implement improvements
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and manage change
• Experience in regulated environments and risk/compliance awareness

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities operations across UK sites and some European locations
• Manage vendors, contracts, catering, cleaning, security, mail and related services
• Oversee site security, space planning and move coordination
• Lead site inspections and environmental sustainability initiatives
• Own helpdesk processes, budget input and cost reviews with finance teams
• Collaborate with procurement for vendor approvals and sourcing
• Support office moves and daily facilities requests
• Supervise local staff such as front-of-house and facilities coordinators
