Job summary

CY Partners is helping a well-established company recruit a Facilities Technician to support maintenance and facilities operations across their site in the UK. This is a hands-on role working with the Facilities Manager, covering equipment and building services in a structured, regulated environment.

You’ll perform planned and reactive maintenance, assist with PAT testing, calibration, and validation, and work with contractors to resolve issues while contributing to TPM programmes.

Qualifications

• Some experience in facilities, maintenance, or engineering (mechanical or electrical).
• Basic electrical competency (17th/18th Edition ideal)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within structured processes.

Responsibilities

• Supporting planned and reactive maintenance across site equipment and facilities
• Working within strict quality standards, ensuring all work is compliant and documented
• Assisting with PAT testing, calibration and validation activities
• Liaising with contractors and internal teams to resolve maintenance issues
• Contributing to preventative maintenance programmes (TPM)
