Job summary

The Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) is seeking an Estates Maintenance Technician to support the Maintenance Operations Manager in delivering planned and reactive maintenance across our Coventry facilities. You will carry out PPMs, breakdown repairs, diagnose faults, and work with contractors to ensure safety and quality across the site.

Key duties include legionella testing, statutory inspections, CAFM work order management, and maintaining comprehensive maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a maintenance position.
• Level 3 qualification in a related discipline.
• Strong practical maintenance and fault‑finding skills.
• Ability to work at height.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Flexibility to participate in a 24/7 standby rota for emergency call‑outs.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities
