Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and janitorial tasks.
• Ability to perform basic DIY maintenance and security functions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and undergo required pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Undertake day-to-day FM, janitorial and DIY operations across one or more buildings.
• Carry out repairs and routine maintenance.
• Support moves and perform basic security duties.
• Maintain equipment, furniture and fittings.
• Ensure building cleanliness and tidiness.
