Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience in facilities maintenance or building services.
• Good working knowledge of FM plant (HVAC, boilers, chillers, air conditioning).
• Ability to diagnose and repair minor faults across mechanical/electrical/building fabric systems.
• Experience coordinating with a service desk or maintenance ticketing system.
• Awareness of health and safety requirements within facilities environment.

Aufgaben

• Carry out daily repairs and planned maintenance on building systems and equipment
• Perform fault finding and diagnostics across facilities infrastructure
• Support and respond to service desk facility requests in a timely manner
• Work on and maintain FM plant including HVAC systems, boilers, air conditioning and chillers
