Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and operational building services.

• Lead the Premises team to ensure smooth running of council offices and premises at Keynsham and Midsomer Norton.
• Oversee health and safety, security, cleaning and maintenance of facilities.
• Support flexible working practices and occupier needs with a customer-focused approach.
