Job summary

The Facilities Team Leader (M&E) at Blue Arrow is based in Glasgow for a 6-month contract. You will report to the Technical Services Manager and provide site-based line management for all technical service delivery, compliance, client relationships, and variations.

You will coordinate site operations to ensure standardised procedures across the Healthcare portfolio and be available out of hours as needed. Candidates should have a technical background in electrical, mechanical, or building

Qualifications

• Technical background in electrical, mechanical, or building services.
• Experience at supervisory level.
• Healthcare environment exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site front-line team to maximise potential.
• Manage day-to-day service delivery to meet client needs.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance within budget and SLAs.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and coordinate site activities.
• Assist Technical Services Manager and handle related duties, including out-of-hours escalation.
