The Who...

Whether you have a maintenance, technical, mechanical, or electrical background—this could be the next role for you. As our Facilities Team Leader, previous experience in the industry or as a bowling technician is not required. If you have experience in general maintenance and leading a small team, we will train you in all other aspects of the role.

As a Facilities Team Leader, you will be a highly motivated, hands-on leader who can work alongside our centre team. You will lead and motivate your team to ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest standards, oversee the maintenance of the centre, and ensure compliance with regulations. You will also liaise with both the team and customers regarding any faults experienced at the centre.

You will receive a thorough induction, ongoing training, and development opportunities, including access to apprenticeship and management training programmes, to support your career growth.

To be a successful Facilities Team Leader, we want to see:
