The Who...

Whether you have a maintenance, technical, mechanical, or electrical background, this could be the next role for you. Prior experience as a bowling technician isn't necessary; if you have general maintenance experience and can lead a small team, we will train you in other aspects of the role.

As a Facilities Team Leader, you'll be a motivated, hands-on leader working alongside our centre team. You'll lead and motivate your team, ensure equipment is maintained to high standards, and oversee the maintenance and regulation compliance of the centre. You'll also liaise with the team and customers regarding any faults experienced.

You will receive a thorough induction, ongoing training, and development opportunities, including access to apprenticeships and management training programs to support your career growth.

To be a successful Facilities Team Leader, we'll want to see:
