Amey is seeking a Facilities Team Leader for the Harwell site to oversee day-to-day operations, drive safe and compliant maintenance, and manage engineers on site. The role requires strong client liaison, reliability, and a UK driving licence for access to the site.

Ideal candidates will have facilities/estate management experience, related qualifications, and readiness to support health, safety, and efficiency initiatives across the contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities/estate management
• IT literacy and software use
• Driving licence and vehicle access
• IOSH qualification desirable
• CAFM experience beneficial (training provided)

Responsabilités

• Assist in and supervise delivery of electrical services aligned to contract commitments.
• Maintain standards per the Service Level Agreement.
• Promptly communicate issues to management for quick resolution.
• Ensure health, safety and security of staff, contractors, premises and equipment; promote best practices.
• Sign timesheets and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with management to align expectations and requirements.
• Support zero carbon programmes where appropriate.
