Facilities Supervisor
AD Education, Leeds
Full time, 37 hours per week
Salary up to £30,079 p.a
The role of the Facilities Supervisor is to support the Campus Manager in the management of the day-to-day operations of The ADE buildings, ensuring that all legal, contractual and internal performance obligations, as well as all customer service obligations are met in an efficient and timely manner. This includes maintaining compliance with all relevant Health and Safety regulations, managing security and cleaning, building contractors and any other on-site contractors. It also involves the first line supervision of the Facilities Assistants and Casual Assistants.
