Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Facility Supervisor to oversee daily site facilities and maintenance at the Bedford site. The role ensures safe, efficient operations supporting manufacturing activities and compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

The position requires coordinating maintenance personnel and contractors, monitoring systems, and owning safety reporting processes to ensure strict adherence and continuous improvement.

Role overview:

The Facility Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations and maintenance of site facilities, utilities, and infrastructure to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted support to manufacturing activities. The role coordinates maintenance personnel and contractors, monitors building and utility systems, and ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

The role holder is also accountable for ensuring full ownership of all published safety requirements and reporting processes, ensuring these are diligently always followed.
