Job summary

Lightcliffe Academy in Halifax is seeking a Facilities and Sports Lettings Assistant to support the day-to-day management of the academy’s facilities and sports lettings. You will be organised and customer-focused, handling bookings and coordinating with hirers and contractors.

The role requires flexibility including evenings and weekends, and 37 hours per week, with a salary of £26,403 to £28,142 per annum, reflecting Grade B3 SCP 7–11.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles or facilities management is desirable.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
• Proactive, organised and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Help run the academy's facilities and sports lettings smoothly.
• Liaise with hirers, contractors and the community to coordinate bookings.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure safety and compliance.
