HORNDEANTECHNOLOGY COLLEGE is seeking a Premises Officer to join the site team. The role involves working under the Site Manager to meet the College's site needs and ensure smooth operation during educational hours, with out-of-hours cover for community lettings and liaison.

Applicants will help maintain a welcoming, safe environment as part of a busy College campus; the post is 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, with the exact hours to be decided at interview.

Responsibilities

• Work within a team of site staff under the direction of the Site Manager to ensure that all site needs of the College are met.
• Support the day-to-day running of the College during the hours of educational provision, and act as the main point of contact during out-of-hours shifts for the Community element of the College, including setting up lets and customer liaison.
