Job summary

Teaching Vacancies seeks a Senior Technician to join our Estates Team, supporting our Hinckley and Harrowbrook campuses. The successful candidate may also work across other College sites when required.

You will lead hands-on maintenance, supervise contractors, portering duties and provide operational support to ensure facilities are safe, well-kept and welcoming for staff, learners and visitors.

Qualifications

• Proven practical experience in a hands-on maintenance role.
• Experience coordinating operational activities and contractors.
• Knowledge of routine building maintenance, security, and fire safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, grounds and facilities to a high standard.
• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities and repair work.
• Oversee contractors and provide operational support.
• Support site security and health and safety compliance.
