Arnold Hill Spencer Academy is seeking a hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager to join our Facilities team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and proactive individual who takes pride in maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

You will lead the site team, ensure the premises and building systems are safe and operational, manage contractors and oversee maintenance across buildings and grounds, and support health

Formación

• Experience in facilities management or site supervision.
• Strong focus on safety and safeguarding.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage and actively participate in the site team.
• Ensure premises, facilities and building systems are safe, suitable and fully operational.
• Maintain high standards of security across the site, including opening and closing procedures.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment.
• Monitor health and safety compliance and support site-related policies and procedures.
• Manage contractors and supervise works carried out on site.
• Ensure the Academy provides a clean, well-maintained and secure environment that supports teaching and learning.
