• Main working relationships with Internal Associate Director of Estates and Facilities, Head of Operational Estates, facilities and estates staff, and infection prevention leads.
• Oversees the facilities operational budget (£2.09M) and acts as budget holder with authorization for deviations and staff expenses within policy limits.
