Job summary

OneRen in Paisley is seeking an Operations Assistant to support daily operations of our facilities, keeping spaces clean, safe and welcoming for all customers. This varied hands-on role involves setting up equipment, performing checks, and working with the team to deliver great experiences.

The role offers part-time shifts, training, development opportunities and a supportive team environment. A proactive attitude and good communication are valued, and PVG checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Positive, proactive attitude with flexible shift work.
• Strong health and safety awareness and customer-service focus.
• Experience in leisure/operational environments is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
• Set up, take down, and store equipment for activities and events.
• Carry out routine checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Work as part of a team to implement emergency action plans in accordance with SOPs
• Assist in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all facility users.
• Ensuring the safety and integrity of buildings.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to enquiries and supporting customer needs.
• Support colleagues across different areas as required.
