Job summary

A proactive role with Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in England requires you to manage a small team of two site staff, organise workloads, and prioritise maintenance requirements while preparing work programmes.

You will serve as Health & Safety Officer for the site, completing risk assessments and ensuring staff training. You will monitor compliance and work to keep the school site secure and safe at all times.

Responsibilities

• Be pro-active in managing the team of 2 site staff.
• Organise the work of the team and identifying and prioritising maintenance requirements and preparing work programmes.
• Act as Health & Safety Officer for the school and related matters including the completion of all risk assessments and ensuring staff take appropriate training in this regard.
• Monitor compliance throughout the site.
• The postholder will endeavour to ensure the school site is secure and safe at all times.
