Lewisham College is seeking a Facilities Officer to ensure a safe, well‑maintained environment for students, staff and visitors. You will work with the Centre Management team, landlords and service providers to support day‑to‑day operations, compliance, and a high standard of customer experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating repairs, maintaining records, supporting fire safety and evacuation procedures, and overseeing contractors and outsourced services to keep the Centre running

Qualifikationen

• Experience in facilities management within an education or similar environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and risk assessments.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Support day-to-day operation and upkeep of the HE Centre.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and planned maintenance with landlords and contractors.
• Promote health and safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Administer access control and respond to security incidents.
