Job summary

JLL is seeking a seasoned Technology Platform Administrator to oversee configuration, data integrity, and security across JLL and client systems. The role focuses on real-time data accuracy, automated validation, and proactive issue detection while driving digital innovation.

You will build interactive dashboards for stakeholders, support multiple platforms, and lead technology change initiatives across operations, IT infrastructure, and vendor teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology administration, platform management, or technical operations roles.
• Experience with IWMS platforms (Corrigo preferred) and facility management tech ecosystems.
• Strong cybersecurity, RBAC, and access-control knowledge.
• Experience developing dashboards/reports using BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Platform configuration and maintenance to ensure uptime.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive issue detection.
• Manage security access and RBAC across multiple platforms.
• Develop interactive dashboards for stakeholder visibility and metrics.
• Coordinate with IT, operations, and vendors for changes and upgrades.
