We are seeking a Facilities Project Manager to oversee and drive key infrastructure projects within our facilities. From office refurbishments to civils work, this role is crucial in ensuring our operational sites are maintained to the highest standards, supporting efficiency and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead space planning for office alterations, additions, and refurbishments, including the development of floor plans for business approval.
  • Develop comprehensive project scoping documents and specifications in line with health and safety and building regulations.
  • Prepare and issue tender packs to external contractors and manage the quotation process.
  • Oversee day-to-day budget management of live projects, including both CAPEX and OPEX.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business pace and expectations.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors, suppliers, and consultants across multiple sites.
  • Maintain accurate records, drawings, and compliance documentation for all works undertaken.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure all necessary documentation and permits are in place before work begins.
  • Provide support to the wider Facilities Management team as needed.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in project management within facilities management
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, health and safety and sustainability practices
  • Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management or Project Management
  • Ability to problem solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Budget management experience to oversee financial aspects of projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD to support space planning and maintenance of technical drawings
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across our vast property portfolio
  • Project Management Certification, e.g. PRINCE2, PMP to demonstrate experience in managing projects efficiently
  • Health and Safety Certification, e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH
