Job summary

Yohrs is seeking a delivery-oriented Project Manager with deep FM procurement expertise to lead high-profile programmes across London and the South. You will own complex Hard FM and Soft FM procurement projects, shaping strategy, driving delivery and ensuring value for money.

You’ll lead end-to-end procurement activity: planning, governance, tender development, evaluation and mobilisation, while overseeing wider FM and property projects including compliance programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in FM procurement within public sector environments.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes.
• Ability to lead meetings with Directors and Heads of Service.

Our client, a highly reputable property consultancy, is growing and needs a Project Manager with deep FM procurement expertise to lead high-profile programmes across their client portfolio in London and the South. This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex Hard FM and Soft FM procurement projects — shaping strategy, driving delivery and ensuring value for money.

You’ll lead end‑to‑end procurement activity: planning, stakeholder engagement, tender development, governance, evaluation and mobilisation. Alongside this, you’ll oversee wider FM and property projects including PFI handback, service transformation and compliance programmes (Fire Safety, Water Hygiene, Asbestos).

This role suits someone credible with senior stakeholders, highly organised, practical, and confident managing multiple procurement workstreams in a fast‑moving public‑sector environment.
