Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in FM, property, maintenance or operational service contracts.
• Strong knowledge of public procurement and end-to-end processes.
• Ability to engage effectively with Directors and Heads of Service.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle procurement of Hard FM contracts.
• Coordinate operational, contractual and technical workstreams.
• Prepare tender documentation, governance activity and mobilisation plans.
• Lead FM service reviews, transformation projects and compliance programmes.
