An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to manage and deliver projects across Thames Water buildings. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects on Thames Water buildings. This includes structural projects (Lifecycle) and facilities for staff (Welfare) across various buildings, including Listed and operationally critical structures.
You will oversee a portfolio of projects ranging from approximately £30,000 to £2 million, from initial scoping to completion, including reporting and handover management. This role offers a good work-life balance within a collaborative team and requires travel across the Thames Valley and London Region.
Note: A driving license is required as the role involves travel, supported by a car allowance.
Based at Newbury or Swindon, with travel to project sites. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week.
